Your Say
Mim
Just a quick email to say I have had great results with both the Nighty Night and Digestivo teas. Haven’t slept so well in years. I can feel the tea relaxing me and I know I will sleep. The Digestivo has been great for my Ulcerative Proctitis which has been really bad for several months. Really like your book too.

I would just like to say a big thankyou Mim for giving the talk at the Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat this past weekend to the Yogi’s. I was sat up the back in the green top (you may not remember). I personally found your talk really inspiring and have taken a lot from it. … Oh btw the Bright Eyed and bushy tailed tea you threw me (yes I was one of the very stressed girls who answered yes to the vast majority of the
stessors list) is lovely and seems to be helping me focus. Great! Thanks again.

I stumbled over your website and looked up your treatment for nasal polyps - mine have been horrendous over the last month or so. I thought I was headed for surgery again for sure.
However, I have followed your advice (Quercetin and Vitamin C etc) and within 48 hours I can breathe again and I can sleep again. I am 80% improved and getting slowly better than that. Thank you!

Dear Mim, after a life time of sleeping difficulties, Nighty Night has given me night after night of blessed deep sleep - and it has a lovely fresh flavour. I don’t know what the secret ingredient is but it has a truly soporific effect.

Dear Mim,
I love your books! Your wit and gentleness really comes through. You are a great writer as well as a smart naturopath! You have inspried me to stop taking allopathic symptom-walloping medicines all the time (and I used to take a LOT), to get out more and try some sports, and to take steps to cure mine and my partners’ chronic eczema — mine especially was an eye-opener, as changing our lifestyle and adding/subtracting a few foods and a few supplements fixed it, and I had suffered it from early early childhood. All the doctors I’ve ever seen have sighed sadly and told me there was nothing that could be done.
I am 20 years old now and don’t want to go back to the old land of pill-popping. And in fact, you have inspired me to want to study naturopathy officially. It is an expensive and sometimes scorned study and career path, and confusing to wade through the assorted information packs from various colleges, and if you have any pointers or tips, they would be so welcome. but i understand that you are a busy person. Anyway, please enjoy my happy little note as I end it by saying, thank you for being so good! You deserve a lot of smiles. :) :) :)
