Mango, Banana and Tofu Smoothie
This is a variation on the protein shake. Tofu provides the protein, fruit and fruit juice together make a very refreshing drink. Totally satisfying even without milk. Again mix it in 2 batches.
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 fresh mangoes or 8 frozen mango cheeks
- 4 bananas, chopped
- 4 cups orange juice
- 600g silken tofu
Method
- Put all ingredients in a blender, whiz until smooth.
- Pour into 4 large glasses (600ml capacity approx.).
