Protein Shake
This protein shake is fast, delicious and covers just about all major food groups. You won’t be able to fit these quantities into your blender all at one, so mix it in two batches.
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 8 tablespoons protein powder
- 2 tablespoons ground LSA
- 4 bananas chopped
- 2 cups berries of your choice (frozen berries are OK)
Method
- Put all ingredients into a blender and whiz until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into 4 large glasses (600ml capacity approx.)
