BWH Newsletter » Between Newsletters Newsletter 2008

As you know, it’s highly unusual that I even get my quarterly newsletter out on time … yet here is an EXTRA newsletter. I thought I would share with you three newsworthy items. A meditation teacher, a hypnotherapist and a morning tea.

I often mention meditation and hypnosis as tools for relaxation and gaining some control over our busy minds. Judy Kator, a meditation and yoga teacher and David Schroder, a hypnotherapist have recently joined the Strand Arcade Practice. See below for more information on each practitioner.

On May 8th, I have been asked to be the guest speaker at a charity event to be held at the beautiful Tea Rooms at Georges Heights, Mosman. If you would like to be ‘Bright Eyed & Bushy Tailed’ and support The Cancer Council, and enjoy a yummy morning tea click here.

In the meantime, until the next official Beaming with Health Newsletter, enjoy the remaining days of Autumn.

David Schroder – Hypnotherapist

There is no greater mastery than mastery of oneself

Leonardo da Vinci

And there is no faster way to mastery of oneself than through hypnosis. The speed at which lasting change is established never ceases to amaze and delight people.

A fringe therapy for a long time, hypnosis is now gaining the respect and recognition that is due to any effective, safe therapy.

Whatever it is that ails you, whatever it is that you are trying to achieve – hypnosis can help with:

  • Weight loss
  • Quitting smoking
  • Sexual performance
  • Phobias and fears
  • Sports performance
  • Public speaking
  • Pain Management

David Schroder has had a passionate interest in language since graduating from university with a degree in English & Linguistics. The intimate relationship between language, mind and wellbeing that is at the heart of NLP lead David to become a practitioner of NLP; and eventually a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Hypnosis is a safe, fast and extremely effective form of treatment that has helped people to much happier lives. And it doesn’t matter if you are seven or seventy seven, hypnosis can help.

The best people to ask are those who have tried it; here are some testimonials from clients who enjoyed some hypnotic help:

Testimonials

I was dubious about hypnotherapy before I went for my session. I was dubious during my session. I was dubious straight after my session. Two months later, I am no longer dubious. It’s almost as if I didn’t want it to work. But despite myself it did. I’ve started and stopped smoking too many times to count. But this time David made it count.

David is now taking appointments at naturopath Mim Beim’s clinic in the Strand Arcade.
