Mim’s Books available free download
Over the years I have had 7 books published, and thousands of articles. Several of my books are no longer in print, so I have resurrected them, and released the little guys into cyberspace.
I know it’s a clumsy way of reading a book, but at least the information is out there. Please accept my apologies for the out of date bits, but it shows how quickly the world of nutrition evolves. One of my more popular books, Help Yourself - the A-Z of Natural Health (co written with Jan Castorina) has been downloaded in Conditions.
Change of Season
At this time every year, every year, I get panicked by the large number of patients ringing up complaining of sore throats, hot and cold sweats and copious amounts of green mucus. “What is happening?” I ask myself… “Is this biological warfare? A mucus plague?” Then I look at the calender. Doh! It’s change of seasons.
