Life Coaching
Life is either a daring adventure or nothing
- Helen Keller 1941
From time to time, many of us find life overwhelming. Sometimes we find inspiration from the lives of others; How they choose to live their lives in the face of difficulties. From their stories, we may decide to change the parts of our life that brings us unhappiness. Change is hard, and sometimes we need a helping hand. Josephine Formosa, in her article on life coaching, shows us that we all can achieve goals that will enhance our happiness. View the article.

The products are chosen as the ‘best’ and also are reasonably priced. Please let us know if you would like to see any other products and we’ll try to source them. Visit the shop.
Podcasts
Mim has recorded several podcasts which are now available thanks to Craig Russell of Next Big Thing. A podcast is an audio file delivered directly to your computer. Get more information on our Podcasts.
Conditions
Mim Beim’s book A-Z of natural cures for common complaints (co-written with Jan Castorina) was a popular book with over 100 conditions and their natural remedies. Sadly this book is no longer in print so we have put all the conditions on the website. Mim will be updating them (slowly!). Thanks to the brilliant ‘webmeister’ Bruce Martin for such a laborious task. Browse the conditions library.
We hope you will have some time to enjoy the pleasures of Spring and Summer. All the best in happiness and health.
