Beaming with Health is the website of Australia’s leading naturopath, Mim Beim. Here you will find a wealth of naturopathic information and services, and a bit of fun. Mim practices naturopathy from her clinic, in Bowral in the Southern Highlands. For former Strand Arcade patients, Mim is available for consultation in Newtown by appointment, and also offers phone consultations.

Through over 20 years of practice Mim has developed a commonsense approach to healing. For instance, there is no point in taking every supplement known to man if a simple diet or lifestyle change will do the trick.

Mim believes that at some level each patient intuitively knows or has a hunch what is wrong with them, and what is the right direction they should take with regard to healing.

All I do is listen hard, and try to help with any information or medicine that is needed. If another modality such as orthodox medicine, osteopathy or counselling is required, I will refer you to the appropriate practitioner. Whatever it takes to get you feeling better.

She also believes treatment should be enjoyable as well as helpful – so unless absolutely necessary, you are unlikely to be put on a tortuous diet regime!

Mim has had experience treating a large range of conditions but has a particular interest in stress related problems and digestive disorders.
