Bounce Balls
Bounce balls are sometimes one of the little ‘end of consultation gifts’. Partly as a thank you, and partly as an apology for how revolting the herbal mixture or diet will taste!
They taste delish and are good for you too! Bounce balls are available at most good health food eateries, and if you ask nicely you can get a discount from the lovely bounceball people if you buy a container of the lovely critters and mention our name.

Meditation is a very deep acting medicine, but for many of us, meditation does not come easily. Vipassana is an ancient Buddhist meditation technique which is simple to learn yet profound. Mim has experienced three 10 day Vipassana retreats, and from time to time recommends this as a form of treatment.
Voiceless
I find solace in my pets, and I believe having animals around us, domestic and wild, is healing and restorative. Voiceless is an Australian organisation committed to giving animals a voice, promoting their rights, in an oftentime cruel human world.
The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be measured by the way in which its animals are treated.
