Agreement – Our hand-shake

We encourage you to read the Terms of Use agreement in its entirety before using the Beaming with Health website. Although we’re all friends here, it doesn’t hurt to establish a few ground rules and make sure we’re all on the same page. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Beaming with Health website, including, without limitation, all content such as text, information, images, applications, video and audio (collectively, ‘Content’) and all services (‘Services’) made available to you through the Beaming with Health website by us and/or guest contributors. By using the Beaming with Health website in any manner whatsoever, you indicate your conclusive acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not access or use this site, the Content or Services in any manner whatsoever.

Content – Sharing our stuff

The Content within the Beaming with Health site includes copyrighted works proprietary to us or to other friendly people (let’s call them ‘third parties’) who have provided us with Content (‘Content Providers’). By using the Beaming with Health site, you agree that we (or our Content Providers) own all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to the Site and all intellectual property rights therein. We’re pleased if you find our stuff useful enough to want to make a copy – and we’re fine with that. Community interactive areas – Playing nice

We’ve designed the Beaming with Health website to be an interactive wellness portal – we encourage you to interact with the information and community forums and Challenges, to make friends and share recipes and trials and triumphs with other BWH Members. You are permitted to access and use the user-generated content systems such as discussion forums, blogging and comments systems, and other forms of electronic communications available through the Site’s interactive areas. If you participate in or use these areas of the website, you are responsible for your own communications and the consequences of posting your communications. If you choose to post material using Beaming with Health’s interactive areas, such as the Community, Challenges, Membership and Blog areas, you agree to do so only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You expressly agree that we have no responsibility for or control over the content you may post on or using these areas. We make no representation that your use of the interactive areas or elements will comply with applicable laws or that they were designed to comply with the applicable laws. Basically, remember what you’re mum told you: if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.

You also expressly agree that you will not post any material that: (1) is defamatory, libellous, abusive, or obscene, including, without limitation, material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law; (2) infringes on the copyright or any other proprietary right of a third party; (3) would invade the privacy of any other person; (4) is intended to advertise to or solicit others without our express permission; (5) constitutes charity solicitations, chain letters or pyramid schemes; (6) contains a virus, worm, trojan horse, time bomb, or any other harmful program or component; or (7) does not generally pertain to the designated topic or theme of the site. Private stuff is private stuff. Be assured that any personal information collected by Beaming with Health will not be shared with anyone else in the known universe without your explicit and prior approval. The kind of information gathered, such as email and postal addresses, is all about implementing and improving our service to you. Please also see our Privacy Policy, which goes into more detail.

Additionally, while we take precautions regarding internet safety, without fail using a webcondom, we cannot guarantee that any file available for download from our website is free from virus. This also goes for any links.

Payment – Handing over the dosh

Payment is by PayPal. eBay liked the system so much they bought the company. It does seem to work well, and they give all sorts of earnest promises that your money and financial details will be safe in their capable hands…got to trust a crowd that uses words like ‘encryption’. If you have an ‘issue’ with PayPal we can come to some other arrangement e.g. cheque, credit card over the phone with a live person, internet banking or some particularly nice jewellery. We must receive payment in full before any Beaming with Health product can be sent to you.

Delivery – From us to you

After your order is received, it is sent immediately to our state-of-the-art packing warehouse where a bevy of extraordinarily efficient herbal tisane packers pack your order quick smart. Every attempt is made to send your goods on the same or next day of order…so if you don’t receive it within a few days please let us know. Unfortunately, every now and then, one or more of the team of ‘extraordinarily efficient herbal tisane packers’ suffers a bad hair day, and delivery can be delayed.

Postage costs a flat fee of $6 however much you order…until you reach $100, after which postage is absolutely free. So it is clearly a bargain if you order heaps and heaps…the postage remains the same. This differs with wholesale orders. We utilise Her Majesty’s Postal Service (Antipodes division), and favour those red Australia Post sachets. In our experience, they seem to be at least as reliable as pigeons, and they don’t poo. If you don’t receive your parcel within 7 working days PLEASE let us know and we will attempt to track it down through snow, sleet and hail, even in summer.

Out of stock/refunds

Herbs being what they are (fickle folk of nature) sometimes we might be out of stock of a particular blend. In this case we will contact you and ask whether you are happy to wait until the herbs have been harvested, if you would like to choose an alternative blend, or whether you would like a refund.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the produce, we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind. But if you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please, please let us know so we can sort out something. We must be notified (by phone or email) of any damaged or faulty stuff within 5 days of receipt of said stuff. Goods returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

Other Bits

The herbs used in Beaming with Health herbal tisanes are organic and Australian grown where possible. On average each tisane contains around 80% organically grown herbs. Depending on where, and the conditions of the season under which they are grown, each harvest may look and taste a little different. Although we try for perfection (!), the different batches of BWH herbal tisanes may have a slightly different taste due to these circumstances.
