Mim Beim has 25 years of experience in helping people create lasting change and improve their wellbeing and happiness. Developed to bring that support to you via easy online access, including tips and tools such as meal planners and pantry lists, the suite of BWH Challenges will be rolled out over 2012.
How does it work?
A Beaming with Health challenge provides structure to support your progress and achievements. You’ll receive tips, plans and recipes, and information about recommended supplements or changes to your diet — the ‘why’, as well as the ‘how’ to make the change you need. Mim is available via email, Skype or phone to answer any questions and provide support.
Our challenges are not a quick fix, but a measured clinical approach that will allow you to achieve your goals and still have a life.
Energy Challenge
Feel ‘blah’ all the time? Always tired and low on energy to get through the day? On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being ‘jumping full of beans’) are you consistently below 5? The BWH Energy Challenge will have you feeling 9/10 within days. Our approach combines regulating blood sugar levels together with sourcing high-nutrition foods. Depending on your circumstances, Mim might also recommend tonic herbs and supplements, and perhaps a tad of exercise.
Healthy Weight Challenge
Obesity is a growing problem in Australia, and increases the risk of heart disease and diabetes, among other serious conditions. Whether you want to lose a few kilos to fit into that killer black dress, or need to lose quite a few kilos to improve your health, Mim can help. Not a fad diet, but a way of eating that will give you energy while whittling away unwanted centimetres, the BWH Healthy Weight Challenge helps you to achieve your goals in a supportive environment – plus the information to keep the weight off.
Detox Challenge
As a general rule, we take our organs of detoxification for granted (kidneys, liver, bowels and skin). They go about their daily chores with good grace and minimal muttering yet we’re oblivious of their work schedule of 24/7 as they clear out clutter and remove waste. You may be thinking of a liver cleanse or other detox to show your appreciation for their hard yakka. Good on you! The BWH Detox Challenge makes sure you have the information, herbal tea and supplements to detox safely, with support from naturopath Mim Beim.
