Welcome to the final Beaming with Health newsletter for 2009. From January 2010, the BWH newsletter will be more frequent and sparklier, still full of great recipes and information for your wellbeing.
Spring
Now that Spring is here, are you feeling more Sprightly? If not, then why not take the Spring into Spring challenge? Or join Mim in a course to keep you calm… Equanimity.
Winter
Welcome to BWH Winter newsletter. Many people become sluggish over Winter, exercising less and eating more. If this is a familiar pattern for you, instead of giving yourself a hard time, acknowledge that this is normal and natural, and might be allowing your body some needed rest. Heck…. bears go all the way and hibernate.
Autumn
Welcome to the Beaming With Health Newsletter for Autumn. I love the delightful coolth of these Autumn mornings and evenings. Sadly, it is impossible not to be affected by the events of the last few months; bushfires, economic meltdown, terrorism. Scary times. But reassuring to see such a wave of community generosity shown to the victims of the Victorian bushfires.

Between Newsletters Newsletter
As you know, it’s highly unusual that I even get my quarterly newsletter out on time … yet here is an EXTRA newsletter. I thought I would share with you three newsworthy items. A meditation teacher, a hypnotherapist and a morning tea.

Summer
Welcome to Beaming with Health Newsletter … DECEMBER (already!) 2007. I am convinced there is a time hastening process that begins around August every year … after this, time seems to speed up. Christmas decorations appear in DJ’s early in September, the REALLY annoying Vivaldi Four Seasons buskers start playing in Pitt. St mall, and before you know it, it’s the end of the year.
Winter
Welcome to Beaming With Health Winter 2007 Newsletter. It’s been a wet and cold winter so far, hope you have kept dry, warm and well.
